GRACKLE wins "Best Comedic Short"
AND "Best OVERALL Short"
at the Staten Island Film Festival!!

The 2007 Film Festival broke all records and entertained over 7,000 attendees. The Festival showcased 113 films and produced five special events throughout ten venues across the borough. "The Day of the Grackle" took major awards in the short film competition winning the "Best Overall Short Film" award as well as the "Best Comedy Short" award. "It was excellent to see Grackle so well-received once again by a New York audience. It seems we weren't so crazy afterall." joked Rod Weber who attended the screening.

GRACKLE selected as finalist in
Hollywood's VSM Very Short Movies Festival
March 8-11, 2007
Screenings were 12pm Friday & 10am Saturday (Comedy block) at the famous Egyptian Theatre at Hollywood & Highland in Hollywood, CA.

GRACKLE selected for Watch My Shorts

on Central Illinois' Channel 4, with a LIVE phone interview with filmmakers Rod Weber & Michael Berry.
